While many DVR's offered great futures, most of them would have a hidden "bugs" and stability problems. Getting accurate answers from the supplier proved to be equally frustrating.

The VDV-088 is one of the best scoring units we have had so far. It offers great futures that actually work without any errors or "bugs". The on screen menu is well thought thru and self explanatory, you wont need to reed the whole menu to set it up or operate. Network viewing thru remote software. The backup is easy using USB device or build in CDRW. Great future, that will actually save you money is VGA output for connecting computer monitor instead of expensive CCTV display. The VGA works great with LCD monitors too.
